Ellis dental is truly amazing, I work in the oilfield and work has been slow. I still believed that my kids need to have good dental care. Dr. Ellis was very accommodating when it came to payment and pricing, far better then our previous dentists. She and her staff are truly amazing, I enjoy going to the dentist because it doesn't feel like your walking into a dentist office, just feels like your coming over to hang out with friends. Im a fairly new client to Ellis Dental, but when a health related business makes me excited to go back, they must be something special. My previous experience with dentists has not always been positive, and actually made me hesitant to find an Alberta location (I previously lived out of province). After some contemplation, some very pressing relatives, and hearing about businesses, I figured I would try Ellis Dental. From first contact I was treated as if I was part of a community. From their building layout to the first meeting, the environment is set up to reinforce their client first philosophy. All of my experiences with their staff (from their receptionist, to the hygienist, to the assistants, and Ellis herself) have reassured me there are businesses in the world that look beyond a clients payment. Thank you Dr. Ellis, and all other staff of Ellis Dental for no longer making my trips to the dentist a day of trepidation. Im looking forward to healthy teeth and a jaw for life!
I highly recommend Ellis Dental. I was having some health issues with chronic muscle weakness and arthritic symptoms and after months of doctor visits and tests I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Evans. Despite there being little to no physical evidence, his experience and wisdom allowed him to locate a bad infection under a past root canalled tooth. I had an extraction performed, used ozone for the first time and purchased a removable dental plate from them recently. He communicated all variables, and risks, very well. My symptoms improved dramatically within days and now I'm close to 100% 1 month after. I truly believe Dr. Evans saved me from what could have turned into major health issues as I had been getting worse weekly. Their waiting room is beautiful, the staff are all great and call you by your first name, I felt very safe with my two young daughters hanging out, (hooked up with coloring and cartoons and juice boxes) but more importantly they have Dr. Evans, his experience and knowledge are invaluable. If you think a tooth may be causing symptoms in you, I'd highly recommend just going to see him for a consult as he really knows his craft well. Thank you Ellis Dental and Dr. Evans!
