Boths doctors are unwilling to properly treat patients with severe ailments. Told by Dr. Zamani he didn't know or trust me and just walked out the office. Dr. Yin is the better doctor but even then refused to listen or properly help.
Every single time I have an appointment its pointless because I have to wait for an hr and a half still. Ive always been miss diagnosed, and forced to take pills that never helped anything but made things worse. It got to the point where I wouldnt even take any of the pills he prescribed. And started going to other walk ins. Too add to this they never answer their phone EVER.. When I get test results in they NEVER call. Ill have to call and see if they came in... usually it came in a week prior.
This was my first time at this clinic and I was a little nervous based on the reviews. The front end receptionist was absolutely lovely. Very pleasant and polite, and told me Id have to be the last patient because of the complexity of my issue. Said shed call me when it was my turn so I didnt have to sit there and wait. Dr Zamani was beyond excellent. He was extremely thorough, and although not my family physician, he listened to me, took my concerns seriously, put me back on meds another doctor had taken me off of ( that made no sense, because it was obvious after 26 years with the same condition, I needed them), and referred me to an appropriate specialist. I left feeling hopeful, having gone in feeling helpless. I would absolutely return here again. Im so impressed.
