F45 Training Chestermere has been life changing! I have experienced incredible weight loss and strength gain in only a matter of months. I have found the personal trainers to be extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. They really help you keep focused and motivated! The "Define" 8 week challenges have helped me not only to lose weight but to keep it going even after the 8 weeks. Let's face it, who doesn't want to look and feel great every day? I hate missing a class as it has become one of the most important parts of my daily routine. Thanks to the F45 team for making such an impact on my life!
