I would not recommend MaxWell Realty to anyone. We have been dealing with Matthew Dekort who "manages" the house next to us, the house is kept in a terrible condition, garbage out back, yard work never done, sidewalks never cleaned of snow. In spite of our complaints he continues to keep the place in a terrible state , which I suppose it fitting for a slumlord. I would also not recommend dealing with him on a professional level as he does not know how to interact in a professional manner.
