NOT family friendly.. will not allow children in waiting room while parents tan.Staff and owner very unfriendly Bulbs are not kept upNow under a new name.. I would NOT recommend
I've been going to this location for a few years. It's clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Last year the business changed but they were still honouring my purchased tanning credits from the previous business. I went there today, and unfortunately, they will not honour the remaining credits, as the business has changed again. I asked if there was a way I could purchase new minutes and have the remaining credits added to my new purchase. I was told no. This doesn't sit well with me at all. I'm out money. I asked why their customers weren't notified and I was told they had posted a notice for a couple months, but I only tan in the summer, so it's unlikely I would have seen the notice. Without this business making any compromises, how can I trust this location to honour any additional minutes I purchase if the business changes again in the future. I don't tan often, so I will be seeking a new location to tan.
After tanning at this location for awhile, I noticed the service really start to go downhill when the owner Greg was working there. He is rude, doesnt clean the beds and focused on other woman when they go in to this location by giving them discounts and extra perks just becaus of there looks. It was starting to be better when it was the new staff so I stayed tanning here.Now I went in and I found out the owners amber and Greg will not let me tan because my credits were bought when it was tannfx. (Even tho they are the same owners) I dont understand how come they cant let me tan when I bought credits from THEM! Will never go back here again. They stole my money

I love going here, it is so relaxing, when I first joined the owners Amber were amazing really helped me with explaining the different booths and spent time on the products with me. I wanted to get very dark and fast lol with her advise I accomplished that. Ive recently come back again as Im heading on a holiday but was informed that the owners are not there now, they have taken on another location and have a manager looking after the salon now. I find the atmosphere in there less cheerful now especially the girl who works on Saturday not very friendly no smiles very assertive how I get treated now, I brought my other half with me this time and got him to join, however he noticed the behaviour to. The manager was very cheerful and pleasant in welcoming me back, it would be nice to see the owners on site a bit more. I really dont wish too tan on Saturday anymore.Thanks
