This has been my go-to nail salon for over a year (I get my acrylics done regularly) and I have to say they're the friendliest team and always do an amazing job on my nails.Helen is an absolute joy to talk to, always does top quality work, and is very trend conscious (She had Chrome nail powder once I saw it trending on Instagram!). I love how they take the time to actually get to know you and make good suggestions for nail styles to try.Definitely recommend them!
Worst experience. They are always overbooking and cant take clients on time. Had an appointment today for 5pm and had to walk out of the place at 5:50pm because I still was sitting on the waiting chair. This salon does not understand the concept of appointments. Do not book here, unless you are ok with waiting for more than hour past your appointment time.

Unfortunately, you have to give a star to write a review. This experience didn't warrant one star. Don't know why you make an appointment there since they have no concept of time. I understand taking walk-ins keep businesses afloat, but when you arrive ahead of your appointment time, you would hope you wouldn't wait for 30+ minutes. This is the only 'salon' i have ever been to that did not at least offer water while you are waiting.Finally got seated in my chair, and the water was so hot I would have burnt my feet. How about checking water temperature while you're running the water? Just a thought.Then there was the scalding incident. My daughters foot was scalded by a hot towel and inattentive worker. The worst was the ?manager made her to feel like it was her fault.And then they kept trying to get me to sit down to have my finger nails done. Seriously? We were both obviously upset. So they charged us full fee and shooed us out of there as quietly as they could. We shouldn't have paid...So I've been telling my friends about this horrible experience, and maybe you should too.
