Today I stopped in at Lake Chestermere Tire for a wheel balance. What an amazing business!!I truly enjoyed my experience there. Stew took the time to show me what was wrong and gave me a little bit of vehicle knowledge.....which I must say was very much appreciated. I look forward to using them for all of my mechanical needs. I brought my truck in for some maintenance items & troubleshooting, after LCTM were recommended by family members and I was not disappointed. Theyre reasonable with their prices, all very friendly, & the all-around customer service here is excellent. Its a straightforward kind of shop, focusing on what you brought it in for, & you can tell they care about doing a good job. They were able to successfully diagnose & repair a reoccurring problem with my truck, & were more than fair with price. Both Stew and one of their mechanics took time to answer questions & provide advice. I actually had to get a lot done, so I had a lot of time to chat with them - and you can just tell that only troublemakers have had trouble here. Highly recommended.

This business, and the owners are amazing. Not only can I count on quality reliable service, what truly makes them stand out is their customer service. Stew and Mo make you feel like theyve known you for years, their warmth and humour are abundant. I can always count on a laugh and great conversation while I wait for my car. Such a refreshing change from the chain shops. There are places much closer to me, but I will always make the drive to Lake Chestermere Tire and Mechanical for all my vehicle needs. They gained another loyal customer! I will never go anywhere else.
