I was stranded, with my kids and a complete flat tire after a dentist appointment In Chestermere. They went above and beyond their job requirement to help me! I cant not express how much effort was put in to help me out. This is the most impressive service I have ever experienced! And it was also lunch hour when they could have just stated Id have to wait until after lunch! I was incredibly grateful, So much so that despite being 30mins away from the location I will continue my service here from now on!
Horrible customer service. Guy by the name of Dave was extremely rude to my father who had a mix up with his appointment. He did not put any extra effort to try to accomodate him and was rude to me on the phone when I tried to see if they could accommodate. Used to go here with my car all the time. Never going back again.

Not very keen on customer service or satisfaction. Staff was not friendly or eager to help. I have been there twice and both times I had to go to another tire shop to get work done. I recommend driving into the city to get the service you deserve.
Had a flat this past weekend. Walmart wanted to sell me a new tire :( ...I didn't think so. Tirecraft did the repair, mounted it and put the spare back underneath all for $25!!
