First time trying this place and not disappointed! The look of the restaurant is elegant and had a relaxed atmosphere (although we had the place to ourselves so maybe that helped.) A complimentary poppadom and tamarind sauce dip were brought out after we placed our order.We had the tandoori platter to start, followed by a palak ghosh with lamb (note- this dish is spicier than you might expect) and a chicken tikka masala with sides of plain basmati rice (this is enough for two people to share easily) and a garlic naan. The meat from the platter was tender, juicy and flavourful. The main courses were also delicious and come in varying levels of spiciness which you can adjust when ordering if needed. Would recommend a visit if you're in the mood for Indian cuisine.
Great food, nice ambiance. Been there several times and always the food was great and came on time, not too much waiting time also. The service was great with great advice regarding the dishes. Prices are decent for this type of restaurant. Well recommended.
Both of our meals and the service was excellent and the price was reasonable. I ordered extra spicy beef vindaloo and it came as ordered. My wife's Mango chicken was also great. I had saffron rice with cumin seeds and my wife had coconut rice. Both were exceptional.
we ordered food from here as locals in Chestermere - the naan bread was hard and dry. The Briyani was decent and the butter chicken was OK. Id say there are better places to order Indian in the Chestermere area. However the ambience to sit and eat is nice.
We love the ambience at Masala Twist. Service is always great. The food is amazing! The servings may be smaller then what people expect but its made up for in quality and taste. This has become our dine-in Indian restaurant.
